What if my insurance company says I have to go to another shop and meet their adjuster?

You always have the option to say NO, it is your vehicle, and you get to decide where it gets repaired. Once at your desired location the adjuster can inspect the vehicle with the body shop manager.

Can you communicate with my insurance company to work everything out?

Of course! we take care of the insurance claim process and will notify you when your vehicle can begin repairs. More than often, the insurance pays us directly, so you don't have to worry about the payment. Depending on your insurance, you may have to pay a deductible. What if I don't want to pay transfer fees?

Don't worry! We work with you and will provide free towing for your vehicle to our location free of charge, as well as free transfer to bring your vehicle back at your desired location should you choose to not pick it up.

What if I am paying out of pocket?

Thats not a problem, we work with you to try and give the best repair estimate that fits your budget and needs.

Do you provide free repair estimates?

The answer is yes! We provide quotes absolutely free of charge to help you make the best repair decision for your vehicle.

What are some reasons my vehicle's repairs would be delayed?

Sometimes we are left waiting on insurance companies to provide us with the check for repairs. In other cases, some parts for your vehicle may be out of stock, so we are left waiting on the shipment of required parts to complete repairs.
